Gainesville
In-town lots, backyard overgrowth, infill building sites and everything inside the city — where tree regulations matter most and we know the rules.
Newberry
The fastest-growing corridor in the county. New homesites, acreage clearing and pad prep on karst uplands along SR-26 and CR-337.
Jonesville
Tight lots, remnant acreage and buried utilities where access planning matters as much as the machine.
Alachua
Hammock-edge acreage and commercial site prep off US-441, where mature hardwood changes the whole approach.
High Springs
Santa Fe River and springshed parcels, cleared with erosion control that protects the water.
Archer
Sandhill homestead country. Pasture reclaim, fence lines and barn pads, with gopher tortoises to plan around.
Micanopy
Oak-heavy historic properties where selective clearing and keeping the right trees is the whole job.
Hawthorne
Pine flatwoods, palmetto and hunting tracts. The best mulching ground in the county, and the most timing-sensitive.
Waldo
Lake-country acreage off US-301, often long-neglected and full of things worth finding before a machine does.

We regularly work just over the county line: Fort White and Columbia County to the north, Williston and Levy County to the southwest, Keystone Heights and Bradford County to the east, and Orange Lake down toward Marion County. Rural mobilization is what our equipment is set up for — don't assume you're too far out. Call and ask.
One County, Very Different Land
Alachua County land changes character mile by mile: dense hardwood hammocks around Micanopy, planted pine and palmetto flatwoods east of Hawthorne, open sandy uplands toward Newberry and Archer. Each type clears differently — hammock hardwoods are a felling-and-grubbing job, flatwoods scrub is a mulcher's home turf, and sandy uplands need grading that respects how fast water moves through them. Working this county every week means we quote each of them right the first time.
