Gainesville Land Clearing is operated by Internet Media Now LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and whatever property details you choose to share. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the date and time of submission.
If you tick the SMS consent box, we record that you did, along with the date and time. That record is how we demonstrate you agreed to be texted.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information on this website.
We use your information to respond to your quote request: to call you, email you, or text you about the work you asked about, and to prepare and follow up on your quote. That is the whole purpose.
We only send text messages to people who ticked the SMS consent box on our quote form. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in consent data or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from us stays with us and is not passed along to anyone else for their own marketing.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your quote. We will still call or email you.
We share your information with the licensed land clearing contractor we assign to quote and perform your job, because they cannot price the work without it. We also use service providers that run this website and our customer records, and they may process your information on our behalf under their own security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as we need them to serve you and to show we had permission to contact you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site uses only what it needs to load pages and submit forms. We do not run advertising trackers on it.
This website is meant for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
