A local operation built on a simple promise: walk the land, give one firm number, show up with the right iron, and leave the property better than we found it.
How We Work
Land clearing has a reputation problem: hourly billing that rewards slow work, "estimates" that grow mid-job, and crews that treat a family's property like a job site to be gotten through. We built this operation around the opposite of all three.
- Firm quotes, always. We walk every property before pricing it. The number we hand you is the number you pay — if the job runs long, that's on us.
- Straight recommendations. If mulching will do the job for half the cost of clear-and-haul, that's what we'll tell you — even when it's the smaller ticket.
- Rules handled up front. Regulated trees, gopher tortoise burrows, burn authorizations, city-versus-county requirements: identified on the site walk, not discovered by a code officer.
- Respect for the land. Keeper trees protected, ground left clean and graded, gates closed behind us.
Why Local Matters in This Work
Clearing North Florida land well is local knowledge: how fast palmetto comes back, which soils rut in July and which carry iron all year, what the city regulates that the county doesn't, and what a "cleared" lot needs to look like for the next step — a builder, a fence crew, a herd of cattle. We work Alachua County land every week. That's the difference between a quote that holds and a job that drags.
